SHIPPING

Free shipping policy

Orders made with the shipping destination as United States and all territories qualify for free shipping during active promotions. If you have made an order for an international destination shipping charges will apply.

When will my product(s) ship?

We will email you once we have confirmed the order, followed by a separate email letting you know your order has shipped. You will be provided tracking information within the shipping notification.

I never received a shipping notification email

Please make sure our shipping notification email did not find it's way to your junk folder.

I have not received my order yet

Please check the tracking information in the shipping notification email. If your order shows shipping is in progress, it is enroute via the shipping carrier still. If you have not received your shipment after it shows delivered please reach out to us for a resolution.



CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS

I received my order but there's something wrong with it

If you received an order and there is something not quite right, please reach out to us with your order number and provide us with a summary of what is wrong. We will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution.
